Hamesha Athletic+ is the ongoing evolution of the Hamesha Athlete. This is a hybrid coaching program for local athletes who want consistent in-person training, continuous calibration, and identity-based programming focused on long-term outcomes.
This program includes everything from Hamesha Athletic 90, with the addition of in-person training up to two sessions per week. It is designed for athletes who are ready to train, regulate, and protect their body and operate it as a long-term asset.
There is no defined end date. The training evolves with you and we pause when needed.
